SHIPPING PROCEDURES
Standard Shipping
All items are shipped either USPS, Fed-Ex or UPS ground which typically takes between 2-4 working days, depending on where you are in the country. USPS Priority Mail is usually cheapest and generally takes 2-3 mail days, including Saturdays. USPS will leave packages whether you're home or not. Fed-Ex and UPS will make you sign for the package unless you have made prior arrangements with them.
We drop ship the product to you from the manufacturer
Their factories and distributors usually ship Fed Ex or UPS Ground, which is 4-5 days across country (less if you're close to them), and they usually turn our orders around in 2 days. Even with expedited shipping, it can take them a couple days to put your skates together, they usually get orders out 2 days after the order.
Expedited Shipping
Overnight shipping doesn't always mean next day. If you're interested in overnight or expedited shipping, Email us at Sales@RollerDerbyDepot.com or give us a call at 616.874.9219 to get an idea of how much it will cost and exactly when you can expect your delivery.
Please assume that your order will be processed during business hours on business days. That means if you order skates on Saturday night with overnight delivery, they will usually ship on Monday or Tuesday and you will get them the day after that.
Custom orders ALWAYS take longer
If you order a custom skate it WILL takes a few days longer to build before it even ships.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How much do you charge for shipping?
We try to ship with USPS which has proven to be cheapest, the shipping cost is calculated automatically based on your ZIP Code, size and weight of package being shipped, we loose money on shipping more than not. For UPS Ground shipping, it will normally run between $7 and $20 depending on size and weight.
Do you ship to unconfirmed PayPal addresses?
Yes, we do. We have not had a problem with this so far, so for now we are accepting them.
Do you ship Internationally?
We have been known to ship internationally to Europe and Canada for our sisters across the pond and to the North. Anything is possible, contact us with your shipping needs and we will do our best to ship whatever you need, to wherever you need it. However, we can NOT pay import/export taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees, imposed by foreign governments for the shipment of products into their countries. If you live outside of the USA the full responsibility for those or any other fees if they apply, will be yours alone.
How soon do you ship?
If your order is placed before 12 Noon CST we can normally ship the same day on all in stock items. If you order after hours, or on a weekend your order will ship the next business day.
